You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and receive payouts.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use multiple accounts to abuse the referral program, tamper with the app to falsify earnings, or use the service for any illegal purpose. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balances.
3. Earnings and payouts
Earnings accrue based on your device's connected time and available bandwidth, and are estimates until confirmed. ByteProfit reserves the right to adjust or withhold earnings resulting from fraudulent activity. Minimum payout thresholds and available methods are listed on our Rewards page and may change over time.
4. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with any legitimate unpaid balance settled according to our standard payout schedule.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteProfit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
